The chief secretary to the Treasury and Liberal Democrat MP David Law is fighting for his political life after agreeing to pay back £40,000 in expenses he claimed to pay rent on a room in the home of his long-term partner. After using the election campaign to tell us that the Liberal party were whiter than white. I bet the all those Liberal candidates are wondering why I bothered to campaign for a two faced party. Siding with the Tories selling their Trident policy weren’t bad enough. Mr Law is not the only MP to use his way of life to con the electorate, just look at the Rhondda MP who flipped his second home twice in two years, allowing him to claim almost £20,000 for renovations and fees.
