George Osborne has pledged, if Wales was to get a yes vote, he will look at the Barnett Formula. This means True Wales would wreck any extra funding that Wales needs.

We All In It Together

Who do you think will go to sleep in a warm bed with a full belly?
Who do you think will still have a job next year? Who do you think can afford a holiday (home but more likely abroad)? Is this fair!! and are we all in it together, I think not.

Merthyr, Abertillery and Brecon want more powers to the Assembly

I ask the people of those three towns 2 questions :-

  • 1 Do you want to abolish the Welsh Assembly and lose your free NHS prescription, free bus passes and free NHS car parking? Over 50% asked said no.
  • 2 Do you want more powers for Welsh Assembly, so that Welsh AM's can make laws to improve the lives of the people of Wales? (like the tanning salon law and housing laws) again over 50% said yes. This shows ask the right question and you get the answer you want. It is called a closed question.

Barnett Formula- Before the general election Labour (who had 13 years to change it), Tories and Liberal parties said this formula was unfair to Wales. Which means an underfunding of £2,900 for every person living in Wales. They all promised to look at the formula with increasing it, both the Tories and Liberals have kicked the promise into the long grass, blaming Labour.
