Plaid save People Money

A partial switch-off of street lights almost paid for itself within the first year in Caerphily county council. A whopping £180,000 saved on power bills. The council will have cut carbon emissions by 45%. This would not have happened if Labour councillors, Labour AM's or Labour MP's had their way.
