Andrews Afraid of Losing Rhondda

I see comrade Leighton Andrews AM thinks that the education of our children would be better under the Welsh Assembly Government. He thinks that local councils are unable to spend the education budget given and local council Education cabinet members are not doing their jobs.

Mr Andrews said," He is no longer willing to wait for improvement and that the standard of education around Wales is patchy". It seem Mr Andrews is playing the blame game and its local council and councillors that are blamed for Welsh Labours overall education policy for the last 15 years.

Labour's good at playing the blame game whether its the Tories of the 80's or today. Now one part of the Labour crowd have start blaming the other Labour side. Labour Assembly blaming Labour councils. It's not the Labour's fault for the poor standards in schools or the NHS in dire straits. Wait a minute Labour been in power for the last 20 years. So who is to blame, the man in moon.
